 | | Leonard (Len) A. Metheny, Jr. - President and CEO
Len founded the company in 1992 as a result of trying to apply for graduate school; believing there should be a better way for both students and schools. Over the past 15 years, AY has marketed numerous admissions products (and a few name changes) under Len’s direction….and he never made it to graduate school. With operations throughout the U.S. and abroad, AY has grown into a multi-million dollar business. Len continues to set the strategic direction of the business, and is a recognized expert in the field of recruitment technology. Len is also a frequent speaker at educational conferences and seminars. Len received his B.A. in Economics from the University of Michigan.
